WALKING SAFARI & FOREST GOURMET EXPERIENCE IN THE HEART OF NATURE PARK

Discover Toosikannu Nature Park in a completely new way.
Together with an experienced guide, you’ll walk along quiet forest trails — home to nearly 500 red deer. Your guide will help you notice what often goes unseen and share fascinating stories about the life, habits, and secrets of the wild forest. Along the way, you may even have the rare chance to encounter deer or other forest animals.

At the end of the adventure, a three-course Forest Gourmet lunch awaits you in the cozy Forest Hut – a perfect moment to pause, breathe, and enjoy nature.

The dishes are inspired by nature and prepared on-site over an open fire by our head chef, offering genuine flavors and the warm, rustic atmosphere of the forest. For dessert, you’ll have the chance to get hands-on and experience the joy of creating something delicious yourself.

Welcome to Toosikannu Nature Park!

You have booked a place for the Guided Walking Safari with the Forest Gourmet Experience in the Forest Hut (Metsaonn).

Please read the information below to ensure your experience is as smooth and enjoyable as possible.


Arrival

  • Location: Toosikannu Nature Park, Forest Hut (Metsaonn)
  • Please arrive 15 minutes before the agreed start time.
  • Gather at the parking area in front of the main building, where your guide will meet you.


Tour & Forest Courmet Information

  • Includes: Two-hour guided walking safari and Forest Gourmet experience in the Forest Hut
  • Menu: A three-course menu created by Head Chef Taavi Tali, inspired by the tastes of the season and the surrounding nature. View the menu HERE.
    Flavoured water, tea or coffe is included into price.
  • Clothing: Comfortable and weather-appropriate outdoor clothing; darker tones are recommended to stay less visible to animals.
  • Footwear: Comfortable, weatherproof, and suitable for forest terrain.
  • Trail length: 4.5 km
  • Duration: 3–4 hours
  • What to bring: A camera, binoculars (or request to borrow from Toosikannu staff)
